Student Community Volunteers Needed
are you looking to do some good?
Audio/Video PRODUCER (ACTIVELY SEEKING)
It has been suggested by members of our student community that the many unpublished Dharma talks should be made available to the community publicly on YouTube.
I teach, guide, and train with a high degree of emphasis on the Early Buddhist Texts (EBT) and the practical application of the Three Higher Trainings (i.e., sīla, samādhi, paññā), the Three Characteristics (i.e., anicca, dukkha, anattā), the Four Noble Truths, the Four Brahmavihārās (a.k.a., the four immeasurables of loving-kindness, compassion, altruistic joy, and unbiased equanimity), the Five Aggregates, the Eight Worldly Concerns, and the Ten Pāramīs (a.k.a., the ten perfections) coupled with a strong and stable ānāpānasati meditation practice as a practical and realistic path to the clearly defined stages of Buddhist awakening, enlightenment, and Nibbāna.
There is not nearly enough of an online presence of this kind of traditional and authentic Buddhist teaching available online, I would like to do my part to change that, but I need help.
This is a call to any audio-video content creators who would like to donate their time and skills to enhance the library of unpublished audio recordings into 20- to 45-minute Dharma Talk segments with appropriate background video animation for sharing with others and posting online. As a Buddhist anagārika, I lack the time and know-how to do this myself, so I am asking for your help.
If you or someone you know has the skill, experience, and motivation to work with me to help transform some the available audio, video, or written content into video content that can be shared online, please contact me, I would love to chat.
TIME COMMITMENT
About five hours per week
PROJECT DURATION
Three to six months
COMPENSATION
90 minutes of Advanced Path Training or 60 minutes of personalised Dharma Instruction and Counselling per week
Thank you.
